This sounded like a good one to try in my sun oven this afternoon. Baked Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary I think I'll also throw in some sliced veggies in a foil pouch while I'm at it. Top it off with a green salad and we should be set.

Hey, we've got another keeper here! I decided to just slice up a potato and add that around the chicken- We left it all in the sun oven for an hour & it turned out great. We served a big tossed salad with it and feasted well. When the weather cools off I will enjoy trying this recipe in a regular oven. I think the chicken will have better color without a cover, but, cover or not, the flavor really was lovely.
