Well, you know us.. can't let food go to waste. So, tonight we're going to try the rest of that Mediterranean Beef Stew over the leftover lemon rice. Hoping that the rice will cut the intensity of the stew a little. With some steamed broccoli.. who, knows? It could be wonderful. (hope springs eternal) LOL
